Where do you ship?
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee as listed during your checkout process.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 10 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
How much is the return shipping fee?
As long as your item is eligible for return, you will receive your money back for the purchase of your item. Items you wish to return are your responsibility to ship back to our address at 5411 Walnut St. Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 days of the date on which they were purchased.
